Malahide Marina

This Marina is a landfill and coastal-infill scheme. The development comprises a mix of residential apartments and duplex units varying in heights from 3 to 6 storeys. Where the buildings adjoin Malahide village shop units at ground floor are incorporated within apartment buildings. The complex also includes a 2 storey restaurant built over the marina berths, a marina centre comprising clubhouse and ancillary offices, a boat yard and boat maintenance shed. The design of the scheme reflects its maritime location with strong lines of building terraces facing the sea creating attractive promenades.
