Tinahask Upper, Arklow

Conroy Crowe Kelly is currently at planning application stage with Arklow Town Council and Wicklow County Council for a Masterplan comprising a large mixed-use neighbourhood in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. The focus for this development was to create a street network that allows an integration of uses, a walkable and permeable neighbourhood where future residents and employees can access all the services that are required daily. Hierarchy is the main ordering device used. The urban form reinforces the route hierarchy network with the strong lines of terracing along the main routes channelling movement and defining space.
