Conroy Crowe Kelly was established in 1986 and currently employs 40 staff. It is a Dublin based practice with considerable experience in the residential sector and in the creation of new urban districts. The practice strongly advocates that all residential developments should be integrated with mixed-use either by reinforcing existing or providing new mixed use town/village centres. The work of Conroy Crowe Kelly has featured in several RIAI Housing Exhibitions as well as in the ‘The New Housing’ book published by the RIAI in 2000.
Conroy Crowe Kelly benefit from the skills and experience of a large team. This consists of urban designers, architects, architectural technologists and urban planners, many of whom have double qualifications in these fields of expertise. The client base of the practice includes many large residential private developers and also Local Authorities under Part V of the Planning Act Plans in conjunction with both landowners and local authorities.
Conroy Crowe Kelly offer a full range of architectural services from feasibility through the various planning stages to project completion. The practice aims to achieve the highest standards of design on building quality, working within programme and budget constraints determined by the client. In-house quality control procedures have been developed and are fully operational.
